Bring your sea legs and stroll the docks marveling in the beauty of yachts built as early as 1928 and up to 73’ long. The craftsmanship is unsurpassed and you have to see the beauty of these boats to believe it. Up to 20 will be on display. Meet the owners and tour these beautiful boats.

Classic Boat Display will showcase several Mahogany gems on trailers on the festival grounds. Marvel at the meticulous woodwork that went into the boats of yesteryear. Talk with the owners on how to care for these beautiful boats and what is under the hood.

HYDROPLANE DISPLAYS: get your picture taken with some of the fastest boats on water that you see racing at Seafair and Tri-Cities.

EXPRESS Whale Watching – Puget Sound Express has launched a first-ever dedicated half Day Whale Watch Tour out of the Port of Edmonds. The Chilkat Express leaves daily at 9:30am and 2:30pm and arrives back at 2:00pm and 7:00pm.   It is the fastest passenger vessel in Puget Sound and with no propellers is one of the quietest in the whale watch fleet. It’s a 63 foot foilcat that can travel at speeds of 4o miles per hour. It’s an incredibly comfortable experience for passengers and of course the scenery along the way is spectacular.   Book your ½ day trip to the San Juan Islands on line now at or phone at (360) 385-5288. During Waterfront Festival, Puget Sound Express will be looking forward to offering one hour boat rides between 3pm and 7pm for $28.00 per person & tickets can be bought at the main entrance to the Edmonds Waterfront Festival.

THE KIDS’ ARCADE will have tons of fun stuff for the kids. Inflatable rides, carnival games, face painting, rock climbing wall, bungee trampoline, paintball gallery, a giant slide, and lots and lots of cool stuff for the youngsters.

ARTS & CRAFTS is always a favorite attraction. Glass art, pottery, paintings, jewelry, clothing, and much more.

MUSIC AT THE PIER – SEA JAZZ will kick off its 5th year in conjunction with the Edmonds Rotary Club Waterfront Festival and will feature live jazz. You can see these award-winning musicians from the Edmonds School District at 3PM on the FAMILY STAGE. Throughout the rest of the weekend, they will be performing in the Port of Edmonds Public Plaza on Friday evening, June 3rd, 5PM-7PM, Saturday afternoon, June 4th, 1PM to 3PM and Sunday afternoon, June 5th, 1PM to 3PM.
