Operation Orange Fingers by the Seattle PD at last weekend’s Hempfest got us thinking about a brand’s personality. If you follow the Seattle PD on Twitter, you’ve probably laughed at a few of their tweets and their ability to make fun of themselves. They engage with followers on a personal, human level – yet also give us the immediate info we need. It’s proves that not all government agencies (and other traditionally mundane industries) have to be stuffy on social media to get the message across. You can be sassy, hilarious and informative!
